Natalie Sangalli
Chair
Natalie is the General Manager Community Housing at Access Housing and on the Board of ShelterWA, delivering social and affordable housing solutions to over 3,000 Western Australians. Prior to this she worked in the Justice Sector in both government and private organisations for over 16 years, advocating social justice issues and built a portfolio of achievements leading strategic service delivery and infrastructure projects, managing high profile, high risk contracts and leading service delivery teams.

Gail Brindley
Board Member
Gail has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management in the mining, civil construction and manufacturing sectors. In her current position as Group Human Resources Manager for BGC (Australia) Pty Ltd, she works with multiple manufacturing and service businesses within a vertically integrated business model. Prior to moving into human resources, Gail consulted on business systems’ implementation and supported businesses as they transitioned into new systems. She joined the Starick Board in October 2017.

Carolyn Turner
Board Member
Carolyn is an experienced professional across commercial and not-for-profit industries with an international career spanning aviation and tourism in Asia and Australia. She has held leadership roles in not-for-profit businesses including the wine industry, medical advocacy and patient care, and education. Carolyn has served on the board of the Conservation Commission of Western Australia.
She currently heads up the WA Cricket Foundation which promotes diversity and inclusion through the game of cricket.
